They are too strict. They don’t try to reason with you and they make unreasonable rules
The new manager is EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT and doesn’t know what she’s doing. She never answers the phone, returns voicemails or answers the door. I don’t know if she even works and if she does she needs to go under extensive training. This place needs to hire people with common sense because she clearly is lacking it.
Love love living here I never see the manager unless I need too,, I like all my neighbors everyone looks out for me n it's just a great place to live I been here for 2 years now n I feel very lucky to have my own place now
