The staff was very nice and helpful. Makayla was extremely helpful especially helping my mother-in-law pick out a cane and walker and adjusting them both to her height

EDIT: I called the person who commented about giving them a chance to fix the situation. NO SURPRISE...I have heard NOTHING back from them! I stand by my original opinion of this place. I think I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau. Giving this place 1 star is generous, but I couldn't give it a zero, so here we are. The incompetence by everyone until the insurance person got involved, was just unreal. I purchased my Resmed 11 CPAP from Broadway home medical out west. I seen the respiratory therapist, Zoey And she was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything so well and was so friendly! The next day I had a question and I called and I spoke with Tiffany and she was so kind and so sweet and so helpful! Definitely recommend Broadway home medical for CPAP!!!

Giving this place 1 star is generous, but I couldn't give it a zero, so here we are. The incompetence by everyone until the insurance person got involved, was just unreal. We needed a back brace for a procedure that my mom would be having & were sent here by the Dr. When we arrived on a Wednesday afternoon, I gave the guy that "helped" us the prescription & he proceeded to show us various back braces. Friendly and helpful staff! Although they didn't have exactly what we were looking for they did have a wide variety of items for seniors and disabled people.
