In the past I had a great experience but their staff needs to be trained better. I went to get a walker and they told me everything I needed. I got those things and one said it would be ready within the hr. The next person I talked to said in won’t be ready till possibly the next day. One says this and one says oh he can’t say that! Then I get someone else and they say oh he’s just in sales and doesn’t know what he’s talking about! You all!!!!!!!!!!! lol REALLY???????? What the heck. We bought the chair on Dec. 19 and left for FL Dec. 20. They were ki d enough to sent the chair to their warehouse until we returned. The guys that delivered the chair were very personable and explained the operation of the chair well. The chair was delivered promptly and effectively. I love the Golden lift chairs. This is my second and the first lasted 6 years. The controller was replaced after 5 years and the fabric on my old chair is only worn in one place. The controller went out again so we have gotten this new one.

I have not been with Broadway since Jan 2023. I received a bill for $250+ in Aug 2024. I have called the billing dept 2x. No call back. I still keep getting harassing phone calls for supplies i never received…but i sure received a bill. Broadway do better!!
