1. This company has been working very well with my mother, who is on oxygen. 2. The customer service here is so great. I went to go take a look at power mobility chairs for my father and I was greeted by a young lady, Sabrina G. Very knowledgeable she know her job! Answered all of our questions perfectly she was even able to give us a quote for my father’s chair and a discount. When I went to Broadway Home Medical I was greeted by Trevor. He helped me throughout my time. I had to go and get a knee brace for myself. Eilene measured me for my brace and Madix with her kind and sweet self helped me with my paperwork. The whole team that is working there is a fantastic team. They work very well together. I would recommend going here for any of you medical needs. They just about have anything you could possibly imagine. If not for you for a loved one. For any and all medical issues
I went to Broadway Home Medical on W. Central to receive a wheelchair and had a great experience! The staff there are so nice, especially the young lady that helped me, Chelsey B. I like to completely understand something before I get it so I'm a person full of questions and she answered every one for me. The best part is she didn't make me feel rushed or try to push me. It was a very comfortable experience and I appreciate that! Thank you again Chelsey and Broadway Home Medical.
Zoe helped size me for compression socks, and she was very kind and polite. She explained what she was doing, made sure the fit was right, and didn’t rush me. The whole thing was quick and comfortable. I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere so appreciate the service
I love how clean and organized the store is, which made it easier to find all the supplies for my dad's hospital bed that I needed. Chelsey helped me also pick out a cane in his favorite color, and was very welcoming.
