The staff were very kind, and welcoming, they answered my questions thoroughly, we're able to answer all questions intelligently. The wait wasn't long and they were busy! The display of products were nicely distributed, the store was clean and smelled clean. The part I purchased was the incorrect part, I read the receipt before opening the package and was able to return for a full refund. I really appreciate that they offer discounts for veterans , thank you and God bless.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Makayla was extremely helpful especially helping my mother-in-law pick out a cane and walker and adjusting them both to her height
EDIT: I called the person who commented about giving them a chance to fix the situation. NO SURPRISE...I have heard NOTHING back from them! I stand by my original opinion of this place. I think I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau. Giving this place 1 star is generous, but I couldn't give it a zero, so here we are. The incompetence by everyone until the insurance person got involved, was just unreal.
