An Employee told my mother a 69 year old woman... said could have her DRUG DEALER, sign her paperwork, when finalizing information to get her new cane. When reported to manger, he admitted it & laughed it off as a "Light Joke".. Will NEVER get my business or family business again. He got a warning write up. Smh.

I was recently diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and obtained a CPAP machine from Broadway home medical. Leanna, a respiratory therapist, take all the time that was needed to explain how the machine works, set it up for me, and give it a trial run. She answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful.
I had to have my Dad's bed that he bought from Broadway Medical moved from his old apartment to his new apartment. Now, I looked at the YouTube video on how to take the bed down and put it back up...Yeah, wasn't happening. I am glad that Edward (Guerra) came to the rescue🦸🏻♂he took the bed down, loaded it and then set it back up at the new apartment, by himself, had no issues and had it done in no time. He was Awesome and very nice and informative. It was nice to see someone who takes Pride in what they do. Thanks Edward
Miguel was the best!!! He came out and fixed our chair up like a champ!! Could not have had a better technician! He went above and beyond to fix it! Thank you!
