Great apartments! The place is super quiet and the units are renovated with tile, new appliances and cabinets. Price for the area is a steal ($550). Staff is very friendly and maintenance is super fast (usually same day). They also have pest control services free of charge (outside pest control company) if you need it. ROACH MOTEL!! DO NOT RENT!! BAD MANAGEMENT!! THIN WALLS!! BAD PARKING!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! In all seriousness this has to be one of the worst apartments on broadway, it's a nice location and from first glance you can be fooled to think that this is a nice place to live, this couldn't be more wrong.
