This little woodpecker loves the big tree in front of the Office at Broadway Heights
Terrible management,theft and vandalism rampant,along with a lot of drug problems. Manager is very bad at not getting maintenance done,doesn’t keep aggressive tenants with problems from abusing or harassing other tenants/neighbors, and mail is always being stolen. I know of someone that has lived here for 5 years and has went through a lot of difficult situations since moving there. Is in the process of trying to move from there.
