I'm writing this review to warn unsuspecting people of the total incompetence of this company. DO NOT expect any good to come from the work done by them! Our furnace went out on a Thursday so found them in the yellow pages and regret even dialing the number! We went without heat for 5 days because of excuses we were being given by them. We are extremely lucky to have a wood burning stove.
