If I could give this place a 0 I would! I’ve held my tongue for almost 2 years and I’m finally at a point where I can make a review. This place is beyond terrible! My sister was supposed to be there for 1 month to recover from a broken leg. A few days after she was admitted she had to go to the hospital, had bowel surgery and was back there a few days later. She had COPD and had to wear a mask every night. The day before she died she never answered her phone ( and she would call us numerous times a day!) They called me aroun... read more
Therapy was awesome 😎. Spent 3 weeks. Still recovering. Staff is great.
As for me and my family we have had an excellent experience at the Springs of Broadway. The therapist Megan, Alice and Precious are very motivational and my brother is actually inspired to get up every single day to go to therapy and he seems so happy with all the staff. Any questions we had with medication, the nurses were very prompt and professional.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not recommend this place at all!
