Although a half decent building .. tenants suffer extremely cold vommon areas in winter and no ac in the summer. . Employees at the housing department are tude dismissive and uncaring. They sweet talk and candy coat til you sign the lease then watch out . They allow men yo wander the halls in common areas without clothes on .
