I just took my car and left because an employee without a mask entered my car. I told him to get out of my car. Totally unacceptable and irresponsible.
Owner billed $40 for cleaning out a rented trailer without agreeing on a price. I pulled into the lot because there was a sign for a $10 hand wash. Bait and switch, I will never be returning.😡
I went earlier today only to be treated like trash by an Asian employee who seemed to hate life. He kept using the F word on me and his co workers. I have video, please contact me because I'd like to talk further about this horrible experience.

best handwash and best detail
Love their service. Have been going there for years (also at their previous location on University & Rural). Always love the crew and the work they put into it. My car is shiny and like new when they finish. Best part is because they are close to work, I can leave my car in the morning, give them time to work on it, and pick up on my way out. They blatantly disrespect their customers; resorting to yelling and labeling their customers as racist when the quality of the car wash is called into question. Instead of seeking a resolution and satisfying customers, they become defensive and egotistical like a schoolyard bully.
they could actually take the time to WASH the car
They do a good job washing your vehicle.. And they do a good job on cleaning the windows And I like cleaning windows.
