I lived at Broadway Grove for about two years and had a great experience. The management team is responsive and gets repairs done quickly. They also keep the complex feeling safe which is appreciated since Lemon Grove has a lot of the unhoused. They clean their pool very regularly and all appliances are updated. They offer some really good prices so if you’re looking for a good place to live, I would recommend checking out Broadway Grove.
Terrible place to live. The manger has literally taken money from my money order and pocketed a few hundred bucks here and there. The manger is extremely rude and unprofessional. Please avoid at all cost
