Could have better prices or improved grooming – as nice as the owner is, the grooming is way over priced for the quality of work. Often, it costs 75 dollars for a shoddy shave on the pup--i wouldn't mind if it was 45-50, but for 75 it should be even, clean shaven and perfect! Plus, there are huge dogs that are owned by the owner that make it difficult to get in AND they drink out of the water coolers that (if you don't pay attention or the owner forgets to tell you) are used by customers.
