This business is a scam, online. I ordered an expensive part online, I asked many questions to make sure it fit. They told me to send them my vin #, so I did, they told me they couldn't confirm it fit, BUT in the description of part it said it did fit my vehicle, so I ordered part. Well it did fit and they won't let me return part that was NEVER use for a refund. This business is a total scam!
I had a great buying experience at Broadway Ford. Holly Karas did an exceptional job meeting my needs to buying a new F-450 for my business! They put more emphasis on real relationship building, honesty, service and good deals done versus a flashy building. Would buy again there!!
