So I needed to get a couple of trucks for our business and happen to call Broadway ford and shared a bit of what I I was looking for to the lady who answered the phone, expecting to get a routine salesman. She passed me on the the Manager Tom Fascetti, I never get to talk to the manager. I shared what I needed and what we were looking for, he reaches out to Scott Roberts and this guy was on it. Best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Scott was totally open about the process and the pricing. They were even smart enough to pre sign the paperwork before my arrival to pick up the truck, I was out of there in under a half an hour. Everyone involved with my purchase at Broadway Ford were outstanding. I would highly recommend purchasing your Ford Truck there.
Ordered bolts on July 25th supposed to receive buy July 31st payed for expedited shipping it is now Aug 9th they are not here yet I would give these people negative 5 stars if I could worse service from a parts place I have ever seen
They always fix my truck problems.
