Worked with Dennis on a warranty issue for a GM engine that was having problems. Dennis was very professional and was able to help get the issue taken care of with the warranty company and now have the truck back up and running. He was great to work with.
A few weeks ago I stopped in to look at a truck and they Aiden told me someone else had priority over it. Then 3 days ago they text me and say it is available, the other person's financing fell through. So I text the guy back and asked if I could stop in today and look at it and he said yes. I show up and they told me someone else is coming from a long distance and they have priority over me even though I inquired about it a few weeks ago. Extremely unprofessional.
