The lady at the front desk with the googly eyes is more worried about causing confrontation than helping patients. She needs to be trained more on how to assist and resolve issues instead of telling issues.
Not very friendly and when you ask for an explanation they become very defensive and rush you off the phone
Very friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable providers. Definitely recommend!
Terrible place. The appointments take an hour and a half, half for literally nothing to come out of it. They didn’t even know why I was there. They also wanted me to put some thing on my medical record that wasn’t true since I were in a treatment center I know better. Very unethical
