I have been going to their locations and love the service and care provided for 5yrs now
Staff does not answer the phone no matter which line you try. I've tried scheduling an appointment all day. While the staff is nice they seem unequipped to answer medical questions during check up procedures. My vitals nurse did not know which system of the body an EKG monitors and my doctor never gave me the referrals for xrays for my chest pain. My experience here was great in the beginning years of 2015 but I move and decided to bring my kids back but idk what happen over the years the receptionist pick up the phone and schedule the appointments in the past now all last year of 2024 I could never get nobody to answer just to make an appointment they need to do better in that department now for the doctors I had no issues they was nice and friendly even the nurse that does the blood my only complaint was the receptionist
