Coming to Dr. Margie for regular adjustments has helped me remain mobile, relative pain free, and still able to do all the things I need to do or enjoy as I age [hopefully gracefully!]. Came to Dr. Margie after falling off ladder and back wasn't getting better after a few months and she put it back in alignment with adjustments,excersises, and stretches. It now feels much better.
