Wish I could give 0 stars. So unprofessional and insensitive. Made me feel like I was wasting his time and that my condition was my fault. Please don't see him or recommend this guy, seriously. Staff was great on the other hand.
If possible , want to negative ! My son has an appointment booked long time ago. I never called them for any cancellation. But the reception told me they tried to call me but never answered from me. I said I never received your call ! and then she tried to call someone , and then told me there is a available next week . But I already took my personal leave from my work and took my son from school for a leave as well .
