NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE.Called about a dozen times/ left messages and have yet to hear anything back.
I unfortunately didn't even have a chance to experience any dental work besides an initial cleaning. My first visit went well. My second visit which would have been my initial exam with a doctor never happened because the receptionist made an executive decision to tell me "I'm not a good fit for the practice". Because I had a family emergency and needed to reschedule. I asked to speak to her manager and she hung up on me and did not answer when I called back. i never thought i can give a one start booked in today for appointments but i was there on time i don’t know what happened they did open called them no one picked my call
Terrible customer service. They keep on canceling my appointment without my concent. Had a dental cleaning appointment which they have canceled few times already without even asked if that was okay with me. I take the bus to get there and everytime I showed up there is no appointment. Very unprofessional .
This Dental office rocks. From the front desk, always smiling and ready to help, to Karen - the most amazing hygienist ever, the friendly assistants who put you at ease and very professional and approachable Dentists - there is no better office to resolve all your dental needs. Very positive experience! Highly recommended.
