I've had multiple frustrating experiences with this place. Initially, they called me to schedule an appointment, which we set for 3:30 p.m. since that's when I get out of work. Later, they contacted me again to reschedule, explaining that they didn't want to wait because there were no appointments scheduled between noon and 3:30 p.m. This left me wondering why the appointment was offered at that time in the first place. After a Root Canal this place does NOT PUT A TEMPORARY CAP ON THE HOLE. THEY TELL YOU TO LEAVE WITH A METAL POST STICKING OUT YOUR TOOTH. You have to make another Appointment with a DIFFERENT DENTIST for the Cap. She was horrible. The Temp. Cap was so TIGHT and JAGGED I called office. She said Come back in two hours. By 30 minutes the temp. cap Popped Off. It wasnt even glued Mounted/Properly. OFFICE ASST SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. SHE TOLD DENTIST IT IS 12PM I TAKE MY LUNCH EVERYDAY AT 12PM. Not only Sharon who took my x-rays was rude and disrespectful but the guy who is their dentist didn't know what he was doing either. People look for another dentist before deciding to come here.
I hate this place already. I once called and said waited a minute for them tranfer me but no one answered. I called a couple of times but no one answered. When i went there during buisness hours it was already closed. Wasn't even close to 7. Have to be real early
