I think he is a terrible dentist. He wanted to charge me over $7,000 of dental work that I did not need. He wanted to give me several unnecessary caps that I did not need. He wanted to give me caps just because he said there was space between my teeth. I only went to him because a Advertisement was sent to my house. The hygienist was good, she cleaned my teeth well. My visit with this dentist was a nightmare.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sender. I had extensive work and implants done. The positivity begins when you walk in the door, with his efficient and friendly staff. He expressed compassion and details with my consult and followed through on every aspect. I was a patient that procrastinated beyond belief and his practice and staff made it easy to want to keep my appointments and follow through. Amazing dentist! My family & I have been going to Broadway dental for about 5 years & we are very happy. Dr Russ is friendly & professional. He takes the time to address any concerns you may have & you never feel rushed. His office staff, hygienists & assistants are all friendly & personable as well. I would highly recommend them.
Dr. Russ & Dr. Sender have been my dentists for the past 25+ years. My entire family, immediate & extended, would go nowhere else! They and their staff are both professional and personable, up front and honest. I have recommended Broadway Dental to multiple friends over the years and they have all been happy and continue to use the practice.
Dr. Russ is friendly and professional. He always knows how to make patients feel comfortable, even in a not so comfortable situation. Office and staff are very friendly and timely. They are great at accommodating same day appointments for emergencies. Highly recommend Dr Russ!
