Went to trade in My wife's 2021  Cherokee Latitude which we purchased new from Jim Glover Jeep. Looked up the Kelly trade in value was 15,459 to 19,908.  Vehicle is a  good shape, Even has new tires, The new car sales manger offered me 13,000 trade (Very low ball offer because right after I left  Clifton Lean with Classic Chevrolet asked me to stop by, Long story short he offered me 17,000 to buy it out right,  Its pretty sad when you live in Owasso and can't buy local

Great business to work with! I have a recall on my Rubicon and called to see if they had time on Saturday to do the work. Absolutely was the answer. I then received an e-mail stating I still had 2 free oil changes and a tire rotation from when I purchased the vehicle. I didn't purchase the jeep from Enumclaw, but they are still going to do my free oil changes. When i get ready for my new jeep next year we will be going through them.

Purchased a newer used vehicle from Roger’s in Lewiston November 2025, the sales staff reached out and helped remedy a maintenance issue that they were not even obligated to fix and for that I give this dealership a 5 star rating. I would also highly recommend doing future business with this dealership.

IN MY OPINION, DANIEL MURDOCK IS A DANGEROUS MAN. HE IS FORMER MILITARY AND HAS SENT TEXT MESSAGES TO MY WIFE AND I. HE OWEDS ME $7500 PLUS EXPENSES.....HE INITIATED THE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP. AT THE TIME....I WAS NOT AWARE OF HIS ANGER AND LACK OF CONTROL TO DO BODILY HARM TO MY WIFE AND ME WHO ARE SR. CIITIZENS. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Key Auto Newcastle dealership. My 21 Grand Cherokee Jeep has been sitting on their lot for over six months due to an electrical issue that they still haven’t repaired. During this time, the service department has gone through multiple managers, and every one of them has given me a different story. Sean Childrey, the service manager, is a real piece of work. He presented himself like he cares, even gave me his cell phone number if I needed anything. And then as soon as I contacted him for the help he promised, he never responded and blocked my number. Real winner.

Went vehicle shopping for my wife and found a car we liked. Once we sat down to talk numbers, the salesperson brought us their offer, and we started negotiating. We told them the number we wanted to stay around, but they wouldn't budge. Then a manager named Pablo walked in. Back in March, the wife and I decided we were going to buy a new car since our old one was turning into a money pit. We found one we liked at a dealership that had 4.6/5 stars. That dealership was S and L Motors in Pulaski, Wisconsin. We drove the hour+ to check it out, decided it was a good fit for us, dropped ~$22,000 on it, and left happy.
