We are a smoke free community with a laundry facility, BBQ area, Bike Barn and covered parking available, 24 hr maintenance and pet friendly. We are located close to University of Oregon, shopping, dining, public transportation and freeways.

My cousins live there and very clean with plenty of parking for guests. Affordable laundry room in site. Security is on site , patrol and response to any issues day or night.
These apartments are very clean with good storage and in a good location. Also ran by some really good people. The manager and the maintenance man are super awesome. I highly recommend checking in the Broadway center out.
I have been living at the Broadway Center Apartments for over 13 years. I have always had management that always reacted quickly to any questions I may have had. Maintenance has always kept the property in good repair. The location is perfect because you are only few blocks from downtown. Saturday market is only few blocks away. I only need my car to go to Walmart or or WinCo. I would recommend this location to anyone. Very close to the University and you can even walk to the football games. No need to pay for parking.
Pros Location - You're downtown and not too far off the bike path or if you commute by highway you get on it within 2 blocks. Pet friendly Affordable deposit Very nice staff They actually respond to your rental application. I applied to a moderate number of locations just to get ghosted by most of them but this place was the only one really seeming to want to proceed with applications Cons Bike cage sucks.
