Very disappointed! The wash accepted my payment, but then displayed "Wash in use, please wait". Except there was no vehicle in the wash and the doors were down. I waited for a few minutes, then tried calling the number - except, the phone number was disconnected. Next I tried contacting them by email. No response. I have used this car was successfully several times. The fact that they are totally unresponsive means that I will not return. There are other choices.....
I have been coming to this wash for a few years. Will never be back. Wash arm was bent and even tho it only cleared my drivers side mirror by less than one inch it still hit my passenger side mirror. Killing the system to a fault shutdown and I had to leave the wash bay with my truck half covered in soap. Phone number is disconnected so no 2ay to complain and get money back. Terrible was as of late either way.
Just got my car washed the other day and really displeased. The whole bottom half of my car was not washed or rinsed. I paid for the most expensive wash and figured it would have done a decent job but I checked it out right after getting out of the car wash and the streaks of dirt were very noticeable. Sort of looks like the soap or whatever was never sprayed on the bottom half of my SUV. Pretty disappointed especially since the location is very convenient for me. Wash malfunctioned and quit in the middle of the wash. Now I have a half soaped car and I’m out 11 bucks! Phone number for the business is disconnected. Do not bring your car here. Never coming here again!!!
