Their app says their price will be one thing, so I am thinking finally these companies are doing something right, but no they charged me 7 dollars more than quoted, his card reader wasn't working, and no change of course. I am done with cab businesses.
Terrible. I have cerebral palsy and I use *********** who contracts with Broadway Cab. LIFT is good, however Broadway Cab leaves a lot to be desired. I had a medical appointment yesterday and Broadway Cab was supposed to pick me up, but never showed. I called Broadway and the person who answered the phone said that they didn't dispatch a driver because they were too busy. The person hung up before I could say anything else. The same thing happened on 5/30 2021 and lift told me that broadway cab was not even answering the phone. Today the same thing happened and now lift is saying that broadway cab does not have to answer the phone and won't answer the phone at all. Broadway cab you suck and need to tell someone I e your lift customers you do not go to my apartments in cedar mill oregon. Broadway cab sucks. I will never ever never ever never ever never ever take broadway cab ever again. You suck bad¡¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This cab company sucks bad. Yesterday I had to wait which was 4/17/2021 for 6-8 hours and the cab never showed up at all and had to take UBER. They make you wait and wait and wait and when you call every hour in this 6-8 hour period they want you to wait a few more minutes and turns out to be another hour. This went on all day long. I am disabled with bad knees from a car wreck in 1992. When they tell you to keep waiting and keep waiting it is frustrating. They kept saying no ETA on cab. Get there on time and have the dispatchers stop lying about your pick up
Took a cab from the airport to our hotel, the driver was swerving fast through traffic, honking at red lights getting mad. We get to the hotel and I pay, he realizes I tipped $5 (guess it wasnt enough for him) and gets mad slams his door while were getting out of the car and starts speaking in Russian giving us dirty looks. I DON'T reccomend this company. A tip isn't a right and he was very rude and unprofessional. He slammed his door so hard the car shook with us still trying to get out. I've never experinced such rudeness ... read more

RecommendedDuring our recent snowstorm, we had a Celebration of Life planned for my oldest son, Kenny Norris who died tragically and unexpectedly. His dad is in a care facility and needs rides with a ramp, and NONE were to be had. He lives in NE Portland where the snow was pretty bad. But, Broadway cab said yes. The only one who did. At one point they weren't sure they could make it after all, but they kept in contact about it. And they did find a way to make it happen.
