Ripped off. Charged $72 from *** to ************ estimator said $46. Cab 643 on 11-23-23. Called company immediately, transferred to a voice mail. Never heard back. No one should ever use them

I will never use you again due to Ali. A 5 minute ride took 20 minutes and he had to drop me off at a McDonald's. Not where I was going. I refused to pay. It was already over $18, and I wasn't at my destination. He threatened me physically and said he would call the cops. I was afraid of him so I went inside the McDonalds. Charged ***** to be driven from the airport 8 miles to downtown. How is that even legal? Unbelievable!

Horrible experience tonight. We needed to get to our place that is inly 6.4 miles away from airport. As we passed the street to get home, I realized Taxi driver was taking ** the longest route possible. 11 miles. ** $3.20 per mile that is an over charge by nearly $15. We typically use Lyft and/or Uber, but like to give ********** some business too. Not likely to use this company ever again.

Broadway Cab via TriMet LIFT has left me stranded three times in freezing weather. I have seen other complaints besides mine for this very same thing. To leave elderly and disabled people stranded is elder abuse. I am readying a formal complaint against Broadway Cab to file with consumer and regulating agencies and against Trimet for failure to better regulate their contract with Broadway Cab.

Twice Broadway Cab has left me stranded by failing to pick me up as scheduled by Washington County LIFT public transportation. Both times Broadway Cab notified LIFT they were there for pick up and I was a 'no show,' which I have proof is absolutely false. In one instance Broadway Cab showed up over an hour late (I was still there waiting because I was stranded). Broadway cab has picked me up a couple times there always late they take the same Route for me to get to work but the last time he charged me $20 dollars and it usually $18 dollars way more then Radio cab this cab was dirty it looked like a homeless person lived in side the seats were dirty and there was a wheel chair that looked really dirty I would advised people to use Uber and go with Radio cab !!!!!
