I will never use you again due to Ali. A 5 minute ride took 20 minutes and he had to drop me off at a McDonald's. Not where I was going. I refused to pay. It was already over $18, and I wasn't at my destination. He threatened me physically and said he would call the cops. I was afraid of him so I went inside the McDonalds. Broadway Cab via TriMet LIFT has left me stranded three times in freezing weather. I have seen other complaints besides mine for this very same thing. To leave elderly and disabled people stranded is elder abuse. I am readying a formal complaint against Broadway Cab to file with consumer and regulating agencies and against Trimet for failure to better regulate their contract with Broadway Cab.

The same thing happened on 5/30 2021 and lift told me that broadway cab was not even answering the phone. Today the same thing happened and now lift is saying that broadway cab does not have to answer the phone and won't answer the phone at all. Broadway cab you suck and need to tell someone I e your lift customers you do not go to my apartments in cedar mill oregon. Broadway cab sucks. I will never ever never ever never ever never ever take broadway cab ever again. You suck bad¡¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This cab company sucks bad. Yesterday I had to wait which was 4/17/2021 for 6-8 hours and the cab never showed up at all and had to take UBER. They make you wait and wait and wait and when you call every hour in this 6-8 hour period they want you to wait a few more minutes and turns out to be another hour. This went on all day long. I am disabled with bad knees from a car wreck in 1992. When they tell you to keep waiting and keep waiting it is frustrating. They kept saying no ETA on cab.
