Small butcher-counter spot that quietly turns out amazing sandwiches. I grabbed one loaded with smoked meats and it was rich, salty, and perfectly balanced by the bread. Super casual setup, quick service, and a steady stream of locals popping in. Feels like a place you only hear about from someone who lives nearby.
Ribeye was on point
What a delightful group of people in this locally owned shop. Their meat has always pleased me very much. I wish them all good tidings for this holiday season.
What an amazing butcher shop, great staff and great selection!!! The candied jalapeño and ghost pepper cheese summer sausage is to die for!!! Staff even packed our meats with ice packs for our 3 hour drive home. Absolutely love this place and will return!!!
