Amazing, huge variety and the beat employees.
Small disclaimer - I didn't actually make a purchase from Broadway today - I was looking for something they were currently out of. That said, I was so thoroughly impressed with the experience and interaction with the staff I wanted to show them love. They were not only passionate and knowledgeable, they were also helpful in suggesting other local spots that may have what I was looking for. They had a great selection of meats (and cheese!) and were very accommodating. I'll definitely be back
Best Butcher in Kansas City Missouri. Stu and Jim and their staff know their stuff. The best dry age rib eyes and pork chops. Have been going there since they opened. Go! You won't be disappointed!
