RecommendedFriendly and dependable. Good prices and products forever. We have been customers since 1977! The personal attention in their unique location makes you feel at home. Weather it’s our new stove, microwave, refrigerator, or a tire repair it’s five star friendly!
While they came out very timely on a freezer repair, the tech couldn’t diagnose it and had to be on the phone with someone helping him the whole time. Told us we needed a gasket, told the part was on order, after 3 weeks of not hearing a word we called, told after a few calls the part was on back order, all the while my freezer is leaking daily. Well decided to have someone else come out, we didn’t even need the gasket he claimed and my freezer was fixed within 45 minutes,... totally unacceptable on so many levels!
This is the 4th experience with Broadway Battery and Tire... and there will be more! Each time, we've been met with listening, kindness, a job well done, and fair prices.
We have bought all our appliances from here. We had our dishwasher installed today. Like always TOP NOTCH service. Our installer did a fantastic job. Had a few problems but he called the troops in. They got it fixed and professionally finished. Can’t ask for better service from our hometown! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!
I went there frantically looking for a tire when I found mine had a hole and was down to cords after a roadtrip. I went right in. and talked with Cory who had me in and out in less than 15 minutes! These people are wonderful! Thank you guys for the quick service you have a customer for life.
I had tire issues late on Saturday afternoon and Dennis and Shirley’s grandsons offered me impeccable service. They even went the extra mile to help me locate tires and stayed late to install them. They were kind and accommodating just like their Grandfather had been for years. He would have been so proud.
So thankful for this place! Over the years they have fixed our washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and today our fridge! I called at 8 this morning, Nathan came out at 1, left to get a part and came back at 3 and fixed it! Fantastic service always! Thank you! Would highly recommend!
Answer phones, complete services you provide for everyone (mobile homes aren't real houses according to these people and they wont come out) , when people come in to their store be helpful instead of acting bothered. They lost the sale of 4 appliances today. Also having clear paths to all portions of the store would be good. I couldn't even look at what I wanted and at some point the guy decided that I could only look at scratch and dent and I couldn't get a price.
