Overall great experience living here. The biggest pro was parking right outside your door. Loved the rustic/industrial look of the apartment as well. The property manager, Emily, always took care of any needs in a quick, professional matter. Overall recommend the Broadway autopark and other Bokeh dev. owned properties!
Maintenance is awful. They’re extremely slow to address issues.
I lived here for 14 months and really enjoyed it. The apartments are modern and the appliances are brand new. It was very convenient to park right at my front door, and to also have covered parking. If I did have any questions or concerns, management was quick to respond. I also really appreciated how safe it felt. They have taken extra precautions so that only residents can enter the building. The gym and dog washing station were added bonuses. I will miss living there!
