My mom and I were 11 hours into a cross country trip when our vehicle had an air intake issue. We called two mechanics who couldn’t touch our vehicle for a week, but Todd at Broadway worked with us to get us into his shop within 2 hours of our call. An hour later we were back on the road. He did an amazing job of keeping costs low and saving parts that were still usable. He allowed us to document the problem and walked us through the entire issue. He never acted like we were stupid women with no car knowledge. His secretary drove us to the local shopping mall so we could wander while he worked, then she picked us up promptly after the vehicle was ready to go. Amazing service. Personable people. I highly recommend this shop.
