Are their mechanics even certified? This will be the third time back WITHIN A WEEK, $3,000 later. My car drove fine before taking it in. I am a full time student working a full time internship. I work as much as I can on my 2 days off/week to do homework and serve tables. I can’t afford their screw ups and telling me it’s something new every time. Definitely do not recommend.
On 5/12 @ 11am, I visited Broadway Automotive on Military - used cars division. My wife and I were specifically looking for a newer used Hyundai Sante Fe AWD. There was a metallic gray one on the lot with 19355 miles for $24,198. Talked to Sales rep about coming back later for test drive with my wife. Came back at 3, took for test drive, and set up with the sales rep to start negotiating price. We went over paperwork, checked credit, discussed banking, and payments. Initially I was told that they could do a complete job of changing the gears out on my 2014 Chevrolet truck, This included doing the programming to have the speedometer and odometer correct. I had sourced the gears and missed needing a new carrier for the front axle and that I had received an earlier model part for the rear gears. They called me about this and I had wanted to get the right parts but was told the mechanic already had the rear gears put together and "should be fine" I was also told that I would not have any pr... read more

This service center cares about people and is upfront with repair. They will drop you off at work and pick you after work. Nice
Waited 2 months for a piece to come in for my taillight. It was on back order which was fine. But seriously 2 months!!! Called and complained that the part was still not in. The representative said he would find out what going on. He calls me back 2 hours later apparently the part had been in and it was never marked to link to my vehicle to let them know it was in.
