I made an appointment for 8:00 for an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall inspection for a backup camera. I was told two hours. As I sat and watched everyone there before and after me leave I finally got a text with recommendations at 10:50 finally completed at 11:30am. If you make an appointment it should be looked at around that time.
I want to say we took our ford escape in because we had a lot of codes popping up on dashboard. The service we received was exceptional. Hannah Jackson went above and beyond with her customer service. Every question we had she answered and took care of us when our car was not ready and they had to keep it another day. We will always take our car back there. Thank you Hannah for everything.
Trevor was so great i appreciate everything he did and walked me thru the process of everything and for once i didn’t feel like i was getting ripped off. He will definitely find something for you in your budget and try everything to help the bank approve you for something.
