I highly recommend these apartments in Fergus Falls,MN. I lived here 3 years and it was such a happy experience! Quiet, clean, spacious apartments with storage and garages! Management and staff are so helpful and friendly! Best experience ever!!!
I lived at Broadway Apartments for 4 years & Colonial Village Townhomes 1 year. All accommodations needed had been taken into consideration. Amanda & April happened to be very nice within the office. We never had any major issues, nicely kept apartment & townhomes. The therapeutic support animal fee was waived with a MD signed paper work. April was great about helping us find accommodations needed. Amanda was on point when it came to getting things done. We had a 2 bedroom 850 sq-ft of nice open space. Unless they replace the roof do not recommend.
I really enjoy living here. I know it isn't my permanent home, though it is a very nice place for a first apartment.
