This mall is small enough to not overwhelm, but big enough to offer something for every one. With courteous assistance, it is also clean, bright, and very competitive in its prices.
Came into the mall today and found many ornaments I was going to purchase. That is until we encountered the older man at the front counter. After asking if a glass display could be opened, I was met with a very hateful response as did the woman that was also working there. When we went to check out, my mother asked if our ornaments could be wrapped so they didn't break as we were walking. He then barked back at us. We left without the ornaments unfortunately. Man working the front counter was incredibly rude. He was very sassy when the woman who was also working asked him for a key to open a glass display for us. When we were checking out, we asked him to please make sure our ornaments were wrapped well and he snapped at my grandmother when she was asking for help. The woman was sweet however, we will not be back due to the lack of customer service and genuine human decency. I feel bad for the vendors as they are the ones truly losing business.

Broadway is amazing!!!!! They have everything from old printing blocks to WWII memorabilia. Also the staff is so kind and incredibly helpful. Will definitely go back as as possible 👍
