First time bringing my moms dog to Dr. Luckow. So patient and kind. Takes his time. Explains everything. Snowee was a very happy dog after her visit. 😊 will continue bringing her here. Friendly staff also.
Dr Luckow is a great vet. He explains everything and that is so important and helpful. Our family has always taken our dogs to him because he cares and the staff are very caring too.
Rude office staff. Dr. Lukow cancelled an appointment with no explanation after I sent my cat's previous medical records and he would not speak to me on the phone to give any sort of explanation. The receptionist said, "The cat needs to see a specialist." The cat HAS seen a specialist who was not sure how to resolve the problem. I made an appointment with Dr. Lukow to get a fresh perspective on my cat's health. Thanks anyway. I guess I was mistaken and thought you were in the business of helping animals.

After reviewing your cat's medical records from the two other animal hospitals he was worked up at, I decided it was in your cat's best interest to see a respiratory specialist for the ongoing respiratory problem. I do what is best for the patient first and then the client. I have had similar patients with your cat's problem that I referred for an expert opinion. The staff is loving and gentle. You know they all love what they are doing. Dr. Luckow is so knowledgable and takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions. They also have 2 call in periods a day to answer any questions or concerns you may have. LOVE THEM!
Dr. Ludlow is a very patient and caring vet. You never ever feel like he is rushing on your visit. He spends the time to address all your concerns. He thoroughly exams my dog for each visit. I also love that you can call in if the is a quick question. One of the best vets around.
The doctor is amazing.The doctor is excellent with the diagnosis of my dog, he always solves everything for me and the best thing is that he worries about his quick recovery and calls the house to find out about the health of my baby Abby. Also the staff that helps you extraordinary. Your assistant is very professional and friendly.
