Angel and the Broadwater Title team are wonderful, and I have closed three real estate transactions with them. As an attorney (albeit one who has no knowledge of Maine real estate transactions), I can attest that Angel is a very knowledgeable and competent real estate lawyer. Everyone at her office is friendly and well-organized. Highly recommended!
Overall unimpressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company. Anytime I contacted them regarding the upcoming closing on my property I spoke with someone new who was unfamiliar with the transaction. On the actual closing a “fill in” facilitated/processed the paperwork who had no knowledge of the sale. I was the seller in the transaction and the buyers bank selected Broadwater as the title company, can’t help but think if it wasn’t for their relationship with the buyers bank if anyone would hire them...
