This is my first year with Broadwater Insurance Agency. I have been very pleased with the responsiveness, communication, and thoroughness of my agent, with the ease of site inspection by smartphone app, and with being able to contact a real person within seconds at Honeycomb, the carrier, to answer a question about the app. My experience so far with Broadwater and the carrier is much different, in a very positive way, from that with my former agent and carrier.
