It was a lovely business. I took a pretty young kid and he absolutely loved the warm water. I liked they had it separated into different pools so it didn't feel as crowded. The place was really clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The two older kids thought it was pretty good too.
Just wanted to say that this is not only a very nice facility, but everyone here was super nice and accommodating when helping our special needs child take a dip in the pool. We truly appreciate the effort and kindness it took to help her feel welcome in an unfamiliar situation.
This is our second visit to Broadwater and it is still at the top of my "must visit" list! The service is great and the facility is beautiful. One of the best parts is their hours (especially when traveling). If you live in the area, I would recommend buying a membership! What a great place that is worth the short detour off of Hwy 15 if you are passing Helena!
The most disgusting place I’ve ever been! Very rude staff, the worst food I’ve ever tasted in my life, and the dirtiest hot springs I’ve ever been to. There was a used tampon In the steam room that I almost sat on. Do yourself a favor and avoid this horrible place at all costs!!
