Signing in and up is NOT user friendly. You have to be tech savvy and have a smart phone or device in order to even sign up and go. Additionally, you have to sign up as a “member” for 5$ ahead of time (on top of the $15 dollars fee to get in, even for kids). So no going there on a whim. If there are technical issues like a password issue, technology issue, glitch in the system, there isn’t another way. Customer service is horrible. Employees are rude and unprofessional. Business charges for things they should be willing to provide, such as, disposable cups for water after they refuse to let you bring in personal water bottles and all water-fountains are located indoors and not close by the hot springs. A automatic gratuity applied to your bill for any poolside service (or lack of) when you aren’t allowed to enter the restaurant in a swimsuit. We take customer service very seriously and this is reflected in our high social media ratings. We do not allow water bottles into our pools as we have a State of Montana Beer and Wine License. As we are licensed, we must be very careful as any foreign alcohol coming into our facility is illegal. Unfortunately the rumors about the new management and owners are true. I was scheduled to have my sons birthday party there but when our hectic military lifestyle got in the way they refused to reschedule and also to refund our $75 deposit. When I initially set this party up and paid the deposit I was told that at any point we could reschedule and that it was no problem as long as we didn't want our $75 refunded. Which I understood.
