Beware! Infested with MOLD.
This is the most rude organization possible. It is virtually impossible to get in contact with anyone, via email or phone, and the receptionist just hangs up on you when you call. Avoid at all costs.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! IN MY 22 YEARS OF NYC I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH INCAPABLE PEOPLE. I THINK ITS SIMON WHO IS THE WORST, BUT THEY ARE ALL BAD. THEY ALSO OVERCHARGE BY 4X’S. ASK YOUR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR WHAT THEY PAY. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT.
The building has been under construction for years. Drilling goes on constantly. The staff is quite helpful but it has been very difficult to live here especially since they do not provide a time line.
Great food and great vibe.
