Broadview Psychology is where I have learnt to build “ A Life Worth Living”. Dialectical Behaviour Therapy(DBT) has been a very hard therapy for me and I was determined to not give up on this therapy or the clinic. DBT is not a therapy that rewards negative ways of coping with problems and it does teach many skills to make more willing choices rather than acting on willfulness. Very expensive and I made no progress with my therapist, who admittedly was nice, but I just didn't feel like they actually knew what to do with me. Also after the second meeting I started to get pushed on this 1 year program they were offering (how convenient) which really put me off.
