I had a great experience at Broadview Imaging. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, polite, and helpful — she made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The entire staff was professional, and everything moved quickly and efficiently. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this clinic!
This is a very strange location with rules that can not be understood. The sign says 8am to 4pm. At 1:15pm. today, June 25 2025, there was a full waiting room. I entered and was told there would be a long wait. Sometimes we'll after 1:30 the first customer was called. Then, slowly, others were called. Many requests to the receptionist for who was next, or, when might do and so be seen were answered with "we do not know." By 2:30, I was the last in the waiting room. On Friday 13 of June, I went in for an XRay at the Broadview Imaging Clinic. The person working admissions was incredibly helpful, professional and respectful. At approximately 1030, a loud and entitled young person can in demanding service despite not having the proper XRay requisition. The admissions receptionist did everything possible to assist her despite how rude and disrespectful the conduct of this client was. Please be kind to people working in healthcare and service industry.
