I had a very good experience with this center. I came in for an X-ray on a weekday around 10 a.m. There was no line at all, and I was seen within 10–15 minutes. The X-ray technician was very pleasant and efficient, and the whole process was clear and smooth. The receptionist explained where I could view my results, and I scheduled my next appointment with her. I am very satisfied with the service and the specialists working here.
The radiology technician was polite and kind. However, the front desk receptionist was rude and disrespectful. When I checked in, I asked the receptionist if I should use the information printed on the floor to access results. ( I understand this sounds strange, but portal information is printed there). The receptionist said "Yes." But, when the technician was doing my Xray, she told me that the printed info on the floor was outdated, and to ask the receptionist for the correct portal access. I arrived at 9:05 (with no prior appt) and had my xray done immediately. Ping, the technician, was polite and efficient. Receptionist even helped me book an appt for my ultrasound at another Network location. Great service.
