I came to my PCP at Marathon Health on September 11 because I knew I was having problems. I knew I needed help. two weeks later, I'm literally in the same situation I was in. Broadview Health at BroadviewHealthPa@gmail.com hasn't reached out to me nor returned my calls even after assuring my PCP that they would. I had no idea this would be so difficult trying to get help. Unbelievable.
I could not get an appointment. I filled out all the paperwork and they never got back to me. Even my PCP office reached out to them and assured them they would reach out to me. That still never happened. I literally wasted a week of my life. I called three times and sent emails. A very poor first impression.
