I typically take the animals here and it’s pretty seamless. Yesterday we took the cat and checking in was a nightmare. Was told they couldn’t find our appointment (even though we’ve gotten several notifications and reminders from them) and was told we might have to wait until 2 for an open clinic… at that point what’s the reason for even taking appointments that are 2 months out? Great vets and service. Easy to schedule online.
I have been taking my reactive pup to Broadview since 2021. Over the years we have been seen by multiple vets at this clinic and all were great with the exception of Jason Rucker. As other reviews have mentioned, Jason is short and dismissive, leaving you more confused than you were before you came into your appointment. The number of available veterinarians at this clinic has dwindled down to just Dr. Rucker and one other new vet. It’s was and always a good experience. It almost feels like a country doctor visit.
I've been using this veterinary practice for nearly 30 years and have always appreciated their fair pricing and quality care. However, this year I was shocked to see the cost of my dog's ProHeart 12 injection increase by 91% and Cytopoint increase by 97%. When I asked the person who checked me out about the reason for these increases, I was told it was due to vendor price hikes.
