I must commend the management and maintenance team of this property for their prompt and excellent service. The maintenance team is always active and ready to address any issues. I recently had a problem with my washroom, and after making a call, Bashir showed up within minutes and fixed the issue immediately. A special thank you to Bashir for his quick response and professionalism, and to the management for having such a responsive maintenance team. Excellent service! 👏

I had a very disappointing experience with Broadstreet Properties after moving out of one of their units. Despite following the proper process and submitting a dispute through the Residential Tenancies Branch (RTB) regarding my security deposit and charges, Broadstreet advised they would still proceed with sending the account to third-party collections before the RTB process was complete.
