Worst company to rent from. Spoke to Matt regarding several noise complaints and he was rude and arrogant. Too lazy to do his job and instead sits at his desk drinking lattes.
Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Massive noise complaint. Management did nothing. Unsafe for children. Untrustworthy management. I never did get my security deposit back Called,email,heard nothing back from the regional manager. BEWARE Take lots of pictures and video when moving in!!! The worst company to rent from. Despite clear lease provisions, management at all broadstreet properties treat excessive, disruptive noise as completely acceptable. Persistent yelling, screaming, and general chaos are allowed to continue unchecked. Complaints are met with silence, deflection, or empty assurances, and nothing ever changes. I currently live at Broadstreet, talk about poor management. I've caught them in multiple lies about insignificant things. On top of that when I filed a noise complaint they seem to let the person know which unit the complaint come from. I then had that tenant visit me at my door. I think this is illegal.
