I stopped at this building to pickup a birthday cake from a next door business. I read the sign and ensured it wasn't reserved, it said visitor parking and I assumed it was for the building. There were 8 other empty stalls. I walked around the building, picked up my cake and came back to my car within 2 minutes to a sign on my windshield stating "parking is reserved blah blah" with a handwritten note saying "this is a warning, next time your car will be towed". At first, I was impressed, but that changed when my energy bill went to $157 during the winter - a small 1 bedroom paying more than 2 & 3 bedroom units. Nothing was done. Plus, I had 3 - 4 electrical issues with GFCI plugs. I left there thoroughly disappointed and highly mistrustful of property managers.
Very unprofessional on how they handle issues and rude to tennants. Would never reccomend renting in any of their properties.
