Great place to live with a great staff
I’ve been incredibly patient and respectful, but I’m now at the point of being extremely irritated. I’ve visited the office three times, sent out two emails, and called today seven times, but no one has answered. I’m not sure why or if they’re deliberately ignoring my calls, but we haven’t received our final jetty account, and they’re still charging our card even though we’re no longer residents. I have lived in this community for several years and generally had positive experiences in the past. However, my recent move into a new unit under the current management team has been challenging. The unit had several pre-existing maintenance and cleanliness issues, including appliances that do not work properly and areas affected by moisture and damage. Great location, close to many things! Walmart is conveniently close and the mall is about 10 mins away. I feel safe walking around the area, even at night when I get home from work and police presence at the complex is a hugeeeee plus! There’s a courtesy officer on site who’s an actual sheriff’s deputy. It’s nice to see people strolling outside and enjoying the community and walking their pets.
