I will continue to document every experience I have had at this property because they are my real experiences and they are HORRIBLE. My AC went out for the second time in the 2 months that I have been staying here and I called the emergency hotline due to it being 88 degrees outside and my apartment was 77 degrees and I never received a phone call from the "maintenance manager" that they have that was supposed to be on call. At this point I am really upset. They have really dropped the ball. The contractors came and fixed our floors and I specifically left my room door restroom closed. I came back to my restroom door opened (which I INTENTIONALLY left closed to make sure that no one went inside‼️) and toilet seat up in my MASTER BEDROOM (which had nothing to do with the repair) We have NO MALES in my house. Moved in June have had nothing but issues and the run around for EVERYTHING. I’m exhausted having to call the front office all the time when they don’t answer anyway which forces me to take time to walk to the front office after work. Everything is a bandaid fix instead of getting to the root of the problem. Apartment hallways and stairs are dirty and smelly never get cleaned and carpet does not get shampooed.
