Initially, prior to signing the lease, staff were attentive and responsive. However, following the execution of the lease, the quality of service has significantly declined. Communication with the front desk and maintenance is consistently poor. Calls frequently go unanswered particularly once staff appear to recognize the incoming number forcing tenants with standard business hours to personally visit the office to obtain updates. I came in here this past weekend to tour the place. The agent was extremely unhelpful and almost difficult. I was looking to move in a month or so from now and was told they can only hold for 2-weeks which is unheard of even in greystar management or other properties from greystar i have visited. I asked multiple times and she confirmed they only allow 2-weeks hold even for apartments that are currently rented and will open up later. I enjoyed my time here. Paris and Robert are two wonderful leasing agents. They were always there to assist if any problems came up. Apartments are nice, pool is great. Very peaceful place to live. 5 stars
