This is a shoutout to Richie on the maintenance team. We came home late to find our AC out and water dripping from the unit. We called the maintenance line around 11pm, and Richie got back to us immediately. He showed up in a timely manner and was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I often see Richie around Juno, but after this direct interaction, I feel at ease knowing he’s the one managing maintenance here. Huge thanks to him for going above and beyond!
Just be warned once you move out they remove you from the mailing list making it impossible to reach them via email. Tried contacting over the phone for post-move-out documentation and was told they’d get back to me with the documents but they never did. This tells me that as a former resident you are not worth their time.
Just moving in. The transition for the move has been great. Great communication and assistance all they way through. Adrianna has been awesome, really looking forward to living here.
Went on a tour with Adrianna. She was great, place smells great and the amenities are in pristine condition.
I don’t write reviews often… but this one is worthy. Adrianna and Kenny have been excellent since day one. Also, let’s not forget the spectacular maintenance team. They’re fast, friendly, and efficient. They keep the place looking amazing. Juno… I will miss you. I’ve lived in a lot of places and Juno has been one of the best. Take it from me when I say there is no better spot in winter park for this value.
