My partner and I were planning on living here. We first toured the complex on March 29th 2024 with Noemi. We were impressed by the gym/pool and staged unit for tours. We immediatly applied for a unit to move in on July 2nd and things went downhill from there. Noemi dissapeared after taking our application and didnt do her job at all. We waited over 4 weeks to hear back if we were approved or not. We have been living here for two years now. The apartments and staff are great, but the rent is over priced (because of the area) so we will be leaving once our lease is up. There are plenty of ammenities, but if you work an 8-8 job you'll never be able to use them. Our 2 bedroom is huge and I love the open space kitchen. They have an easy online rent payment service, as well as maintenence forms. I'd recommend asking for an apartment that doesn't face 290 construction because it gets pretty loud at times.
