Overall the units are very nice and modern. Our frustration is usually centered around how difficult it is to get a hold of the front office. Sometimes you’ll call 5 or 6 times without an answer. Things have improved IMMENSELY since a certain staff member left. Interactions with him were very stressful. Things have seemed to improve since he left. Catherine and the other staff members are much nicer and don’t make you feel like they’re speaking down to you.
Been here a month and loving it. Units are very nice with quality modern finishes. Grounds stay clean, amenities are great. Quite community.
My experience was amazing! The property was impressive and the staff were very welcoming. Michelle walked me through the process and made the experience smooth for me.

They Will Steal Your Deposit and Ghost You I am writing this review as the absolute last resort after being systematically ignored and disrespected by the management of Broadstone Vintage Preserve. THIS COMPANY WILL ATTEMPT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. We moved out in July 2025, leaving the apartment as found. We fulfilled all our obligations, provided a forwarding address, and patiently waited for our security deposit to be returned, as per Texas law.
