We moved my mom in 2 months ago and upon the initial move in date the apartment was so filthy it was unliveable. Jamie, the manager at the time agreed and changed the move in date and prorated rent for that month from $142 to $72. Jamie seemed nice enough but still wasn't able to get things done.
