DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER RENTING FROM HERE! – I will start off by saying I would give this place ZERO stars if possible!!! They
NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM – This is the worst place to live, the management is terrible and never knows what is going on. Never returns phone calls. They messed up our account number while inputting it into the computer and charged us NSF for that. Also when we moved out they charged us a ridiculous amount claiming everything was ruined, and broken. When it was normal wear and tear that we were continuously told not to worry about.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! – The apartments are nice but its not safe to live here anymore so run as far as you can and rent somewhere else. Car thefts & apartment break-ins and management doesnt care!!! As much money as they make on our rent they can afford 24 hour security and they dont. Gates stay open all day so anyone can come in when they want, during summer people that dont live here from the neighborhood come over to use our pool, its ridiculous! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN! – If I could give this apartment complex a 0 rating, i would. I have rented from many apartment complex's, all over the las vegas area, and this is by far the worst management i have EVER had to deal with. They are RUDE beyond belief, they leave out details, and once they make you a renter under them- they have no reason to be even CIVIL. Management is a Mess! – The management at Broadstone Sonata is completely unprofessional. They do not return phone calls, and whenever my roommate or I went in with a question or concern, we got different and conflicting responses. The worst by far was when they rented our apartment out from under us. We still had two full weeks on our lease when the new tenant showed up at our door ready to move in.
